Submersive was initially brought on to refresh Will Hurd’s brand ahead of the release of his new book AMERICAN REBOOT. That included a complete brand overhaul, a new website, a new blogging initiative, and a new newsletter. Both the book launch and the brand reboot proved to be successful, and when Will chose to run for the GOP nomination for President of the United States, Submersive was hired to manage Will’s superPAC’s strategy and tactics.

• Took an unengaged, poorly updated mailing list and improved newsletter open rate from 4% to 35%.

• Jumpstarted a Twitter feed that had grown stale and improved engagement and reach by 600%+.

• Built a website that was cited in The Atlantic as “slick” that the client received repeated compliments on from friends and national political figures.

• Started a bi-weekly blog that quickly became a place where Will was able to build out a portfolio of position papers he could use to show prospective voters what he was about.

•The book was a strong seller, topping publisher expectations and paving the way for WIll’s presidential campaign.
